「LOVE 2 YOU」はグアバとパイナップルをメインに、酸味のアクセントにライムを投入。その上で、発酵の過程でアルコールとともに酸味の元となる乳酸を産み出すちょっと変わった酵母を使用しました。
見た目は小麦からくるうす濁り。すこしピンクがかった色合いは大量に使用したグアバ由来のもの。グラスを傾ければ、トロピカルなフルーツの香りが感じられます。ひと口含めば、ライム由来の爽やかなクエン酸と、酵母が生み出す乳酸が重なって、複雑な酸味を感じられるでしょう。温度が上がるにつれ、さまざまな果物の香りが見え隠れする、飲み飽きない一杯です。

"Love 2 You" features guava and pineapple as the main ingredients, with lime adding a touch of acidity. Additionally, we've used a unique yeast during fermentation that produces lactic acid along with alcohol, contributing to the sourness. Visually, it has a slight haze from the wheat, with a pink from the abundance of guava used. Tilt your glass and you'll catch the scent of tropical fruits. With each sip, you'll experience the refreshing citric acid from the lime, layered with the lactic acid produced by the yeast, creating a complex sourness. As the temperature rises, various fruit aromas come and go, allowing you to enjoy the fragrance as you sip.
