「青森のいいもの」シリーズ「津軽塗」。前回大好評だったので、第二弾を醸造しました。津軽塗をつくるにはとても手間がかかり、時間もかかります。それにピッタリなスタイル、バーレーワイン。バーレーワインも醸造するのに、時間も手間もかかるのでバランスがいいと思っています。今回の醸造ももし違うビールなら2回醸造出来たほど。 ダークフルーツ、レーズン、焦げたキャラメル、ビスケット、少し杏の香り味があり、以前同様長時間煮沸したから口当たりがまろやか、でも重くならない。ゆっくり味わって飲んでほしいビールです。　

Part of our ongoing series of introducing great things from Aomori we decided to go with Tsugaru Nuri. This is a traditional lacquerware that takes months and endless hours to create. The time it took us to brew this we could have made two other batches of beer, but that is the process when wanting to create something special. Enjoy this beer now, next year, or five years down the road, just like Tsugaru Nuri.
