フリースタイル・ホップ研究コレクティブの一員として、私たちは非常に幸運です。日本で2〜3軒しかないブリュワリーの一つであり、それによって他の誰もが手に入れることができないホップを手に入れることができます。

今回私たちは、まだ誰にも入手できていないホップである Peacharineを手に入れることができました。このホップは、その名の通りピーチのような味がします！新種のホップを存分に体験してもらいたいという思いから、このビールには Peacharineのみを使用しました。
さらに、NEIPA酵母も使用しており、ビールに完璧なピーチのキャラクターを与えています。
