RU55は、オーク樽熟成したフランダーススタイルレッドエールです。約2年前にピルスナーモルトとカラメルモルトを使った麦汁を醸造し、樽熟成させました。約24ヶ月の熟成後、ブレンドしてナチュラルコンディショニングしました。スムースでまろやか、ダークフルーツ、キャラメル、皮のような特徴、そして華やかな銅色は、時間と忍耐とブレンドが生み出したものです。

RU55 is our barrel-aged Flanders-style red ale. About two years ago we brewed a wort with pilsner and caramel malt and barrel aged it. After about 24 months maturation, we blended and naturally conditioned. Smooth and mellow with a nice dark fruit, caramel, leathery character, and a gorgeous copper/red color is what time, patience, and blending created.
