ワイルドエールに、ドイツのモーゼル地方の急科面の粘板岩でできたリースリングを1年浸漬し、さらに1年間ステンレスで熱成。
その後、ネルソン・ソーヴィンをドライホップした。リースリングの自然なミネラル、ネルソン・ソーヴィンの果実味のバランスが素晴らしい。

We macerated one-year-old Danish Wild Ale with Riesling grapes from the steep slate slopes of the Mosel wine region in Germany and aged it in stainless steel for an additional year. Then we dry hopped with a heavy hand of whole cone Nelson Sauvin from mountainous New Zealand to complement the Riesling's natural minerality and reinforce the beer's notable fruit flavors.⁠
