まずはウマイ ビエルガルデを仕込み、そこにジェニヴァーリキュールに使うハーブや穀物、
スパイスを足していく。その後エイジングすることで丸みを帯びたエレガント、
かつ気持ちい酸味とエッジを残し ドライな極上な液体となる。
レイヤーの重なりを愉しむ とてもヨーロッパなエールです。

Kopstootje is a beer Dutch national spirit, "genever"inspired, and we put together a unique
recipe starting with a biere de garde but incorporatingmany grains and spices commonly
found in genever.The spices in the beer have softened over the aging process, making for
an elegant profile that still shows an edge with pleasant acidity and a very dry finish.
