前回のSouthern Hemisphere IPA「ＹＵＧＩ」を醸造した際には、とても好評いただきました！再販の声が多かったので早速醸造。今回は、ニュージーランドのリワカ、パシフィックサンライズ、ネルソン・ソーヴィンを使用し、そしてオーストラリアのエクリプスをドライホップに使用。　
トロピカルフルーツのフレーバーが凝縮されたこのビールは、柔らかな口当たりと、きりっとした爽やかでキリっとした苦みが、すべての良さをバランスよく味わえます。前回の「ＹＵＧＩ」はすぐに完売しましたので、この機会にぜひお求めください。
