大和橘、レモングラスを使用した爽やかな小麦ビール。柑橘・大和橘とレモングラスはどちらも奈良県産。そこにベルジャンウィットには伝統的に使用されているコリアンダーシードをスパイスとして使用しました。優しい麦芽の甘みと大和橘のほのかな酸味、レモングラスの爽やかな飲み口が調和することで、 さっぱり飲みやすくも、その奥にある複雑な味わいを楽しんでいただけます。

This is a wheat beer called Belgian Wit which has its origins in Belgium. Traditional Belgian Wit is characterized using wheat, which gives it a hazy appearance. The use of wheat, which is high in protein, gives the beer not only a hazy appearance but also a distinctive mouthfeel. This time we have used Tachibana, lemongrass and coriander seeds as spices, which are traditionally used in the Belgian Wit. The sweetness of the malt, the tartness of Tachibana, the freshness of the coriander seeds and the lemongrass, all combine to give a refreshing yet complex flavor.
