シンプルさを重視し、ヴァイエルマン・ピルスナーモルト、ハラタウ・ミッテルフリュー、そしてこだわりのラガー酵母を使用。
工程の細部にまで徹底的にこだわって醸造しています。
独自の発酵プロセスと長期のラガーリングを経ることで、ナチュラルカーボネーションを実現した一杯です。

Whether you're craving something crisp and easy-drinking or a beer with delicate nuance, Precision Helles is the perfect choice. Crafted with simplicity in mind, we use only Weyermann Pilsner malt. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and our preferred larger yeast strain - allowing us to focus on process details with precision. This beer was put through a very cool fermentation process and extended lagering period that allowed for a natural carbonation.
