10+ lbs / bblものホップを使用した、圧倒的ホップ設計のDIPA。
Yakima ChiefのCitra、Mosaic、Simcoeに加え、Galaxyペレットを投入し、さらにCitra Incognito、Citra Hyperboost、Abstrax Citra & Galaxy Quantumで“その先まで”引き上げた一杯です。
濃厚なヘイズに包まれたボディは、驚くほどソフトでスムース。
ジューシーなピーチやトロピカルフルーツのニュアンスが前面に広がりながら、ホップのクオリティの高さがそのまま味わいに反映されています。
パワフルでありながら、飲み心地はなめらかでバランスも秀逸。
