ホップの魔術師と称されるニューヨークのフィデンスとのコラボレーションビール。
Paradisシリーズとして3回目の今回はパッションフルーツを使用。
ボディ感をしっかりと感じるダブルIPAにほのかに酸味がプラス。
後味は甘すぎず、ドライな仕上がり。

The third entry in our Paradis series, brewed in collaboration with Fidens, a brewery renowned for their mastery of hoppy beers with fruit. This version incorporates passion fruit, adding a slight acidity that balances the richness of this bold double IPA. To integrate the fruit seamlessly, we brewed a drier base, ensuring the final beer remains vibrant and not overly sweet.
