Yakima Valley で収穫されたばかりのアマリロホップを農場から直送し、オリジナルレシピの芳ばしいローステッドライの土台に重ねました。

ローストシリアル、キャラメル、パンの耳のような深みのある麦のニュアンスに、フレッシュホップ由来のオレンジシトラス、レジン、ほんのりダンクな香りが弾けます。

ミディアムボディでしっかりした苦み、後口はクリーン。ライ麦モルトのアーシーな奥行きと、収穫シーズンならではの鮮やかなホップ感が調和した、年に一度の特別な一本です。

The beer that launched Reuben’s Brews gets a once-a-year hop harvest twist. Fresh Hop Roasted Rye builds on the rich, toasty malt backbone of our original recipe with freshly harvested Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley, delivered straight from the farm to our brewhouse. Layers of roasted cereal, caramel, and bread crust meet bursts of orange citrus, resin, and subtle dankness from the fresh hops. Medium-bodied with firm bitterness and a clean finish, this seasonal release bridges the earthy depth of rye malt with the vibrant brightness of harvest season, bringing our story full circle, pint by pint.
