DDHライク・ライディング・ア・バイク・ウェストコーストIPAは、定番IPAのライク・ライディング・ア・バイクのレシピにホップを大増量して、より大きく、より明るいアロマを持つ特別なバリエーションだ。通常は発酵後にドライホップを1回行うが、このDDH版では発酵中に1回、そしてさらに発酵後にももう1回ドライホッピングし、シムコーとモザイクのホップをダブルで使用しています。

DDH Like Riding a Bike West Coast IPA takes the standard Like Riding A Bike recipe and given it an extra hop boost, creating a special variant that's all about bigger, brighter aromas. Typically, our Like Riding A Bike IPA gets a single dry hop after fermentation, but for this release, we added hops during active fermentation and then again after, giving it a double dose of Simcoe & Mosaic hops.
