Our Eminence series features single hop varieties and the specific qualities that they bring to a beer. We blended a base of two-year-old Spontaneous Danish Wild Ale with our one-year-old Danish Wild Ale and dry hopped with a generous amount of Styrian Celeia to highlight the woody, spicy, and citrusy flavors and aromas that these hops contribute.
