The Billy has a long history at Upright, being the very first brew we ever made back in 2009.
Modeled as an English old ale, the beer is bold but doesnzt allow any singular note
to dominate, with wisps of oak, char, whiskey, iron, caramel, and dark fruit all peeking out.
