Life on Standby is an English-Style Barleywine barrel-aged in Apple Brandy barrels. We chose an English-Style Barleywine because of it's sweet + malty backbone, as opposed to an American-Style Barleywine that is more hop-forward. The Apple Brandy barrels play well with our English-Style Barleywine to give you a delightful caramel covered apple vibe!
