We love East Coast Style IPA's as much as the next person, but let's be honest: sometimes it's nice to kick it old school (Williamsburg-style) and throw back to the roots of American IPAs. Pattern Break is just that: a nod to the days when India Pale Ales had a bit of bite. Notes of spicy, piney Chinook are softened with bright citrus flavors & aromas from Citra with a subtle splash of resiny goodness on the finish. Refreshing, zippy, and easy to understand why these recipes took the country by storm once and again.
