Cellarmakerが求めるダンク感を高いレベルで表現したWest Coast IPA。
ストラータとアイダホ7が中心となり、オイリーで尖った、青草のようなアロマ。
口に含むとカラフルな南国フルーツや、ダンクさ、スパイスのような刺激。
さらにセンテニアルとシムコーホップが加わることで、柑橘系テルペンのニュアンスが全体の味を下支えしてくれています。
クリアでキリッと快活なウエストコースト・スタイルのフィニッシュが後をひきます。

A West Coast IPA that is the current culmination of all of our clear IPA knowledge. We are so stoked on the vibrant pine and citrus peel aroma that is balanced by an oily hop resin driven body, clean, rejuvenating bitterness and high carbonation.
Dank of the West achieves a harmony of elements that we have been tweaking and adjusting for many years and now feel like we are getting it truly right. It’s impossible to describe perfectly, really you need to just taste it.
