Brujos Brewing ー オレゴン州ポートランドを拠点に、近年最高潮クラスのヘイジーIPAを次々と生み出している注目ブルワリー。
そんな彼らと「Pixel & Pals 2026」でコラボレーションできることを、私たちは非常に楽しみにしていました。
Brujosの定番ヘイジーIPA「Populus」に使われているグレインビルや醸造プロセス、そしてホップ構成のエッセンスを取り入れながら誕生したのが、「Pixel Populus」です。
大量のオーツ麦とペールピルスナーモルトを使用し、さらに1バレルあたり8ポンドを超えるホップを投入。
Citra、Citra Cryo、Mosaic、Nelson Sauvin が織りなす、圧倒的にジューシーで芳醇なアロマを楽しめる仕上がりとなっています。

Brujos, hailing out of Portland, Oregon has been pumping out some of the best hazy IPAs for a while now. We’re extremely excited to partner up with them for Pixel & Pals 2026. Utilizing threads from their grain bill, processes, and the three hops they use in their core haze, Populus, we introduce to you, Pixel Populus. Featuring huge amounts of oats and pale pilsner malt and hopped at over 8 lbs per barrel with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin.
