Parish Brewing ーあの伝説的IPA「Ghost In The Machine」を生み出したブルワリーと共に今回私たちは「Pixel In The Machine」を造り上げました。
このコラボでは、Parishのグレインビル(麦芽配合)アプローチを100%採用し、ホップには私たちが厳選したCitraと、Parish独自の「Parish Citra Abstrax」を100%使用。
さらに、1バレルあたり8ポンドを超える大量のホップを投入しています。
こうして完成したDDH Double IPAは、私たちがこれまで手掛けてきた中でも最高峰と言えるほど、美しく鮮烈なCitraの個性を限界まで引き出した一本となりました。

Parish, the masterminds behind the infamous Ghost In The Machine worked with us to create Pixel In The Machine. This collab utilizes 100% of their grain bill approach, hopped 100% with our hand selected citra and their unique Parish Citra Abstrax. Hopped at over 8 lbs per bbl, this DDH Double IPA is absolutely filled to the brim with one of the most beautiful expressions of citra we’ve ever made.
