Like the crystal clear waters of Fiji, this West Coast IPA shines and simmers in the light. But then, it creeps up on you from the deep, a bite of bitterness. Utilizing a multitude of different hops for bittering such as Rakau, Strata, Simcoe, Huell Melon, Citra, and Nelson this brew is loaded with hops like never before. Supporting a malt backbone with a touch of sweetness that is also dry, this shiver (shark term) of hops, layers your tongue with flavors of lychee and orange rind with a lingering bitterness finish. Dry hopped with a huge heap of The Bruce, Rakau, Nelson, and Idaho 7, the aromatics of dank diesel, tropical fruit, hop terpene, and some light lemon. At 7.5% maybe stay in the shallow end with this one. Stay safe folks!
