1年と2年熟成のワイルド・エールをブレンドし、ボルド一産カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを浸漬しさらに1年間フレンチオーク樽で熟成させた。
カベルネの黒い果実とスパイスの香りと、温かみのあるバニラと柔らかなタンニンが感じられる。

Our Existence series celebrates the distinct character of individual grape varietals that are more traditionally found in wine blends. We macerated one and two-year-old Danish Wild Ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Bordeaux and aged it in a French Oak barrel for an additional year. This beer showcases the Cabernet's black fruit and spice notes, along with warm vanilla and soft tannins from the extended barrel aging.⁠
