ルルヴィニュロンのサヴァニャン（ワイン名チャチャ）を3年熟成させた樽３つに18カ月物のランビックを、フィリップ シャティオンのヴァンジョーヌを熟成させた樽1つに3年物のランビックを入れ、1年熟成させたものをブレンドしたランビック。

For this ‘Cha-Cha-Cha’ geuze, we blended three Savagnin barrels ‘sous voile’ from Jura, and one Vin Jaune barrel. The three Savagnin barrels held this respective wine for four years, not enough to become a true Vin Jaune. These barrels come from LuLu Vigneron. The Vin Jaune barrel was sourced with Philippe Chatillon. We aged 18 month old lambik for another year on the Cha-Cha white wine barrels. For the Vin Jaune barrel, we aged three-year-old lambik for an additional year on this barrel. The weighted average age of this blend is more than 35 months. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
