Take me homeをより濃厚でオイリーにしたのがパラカサです。
スコッチ・ウイスキー カオル・イラ樽で4年間熟成し、さらに1年間瓶内を熟成しています。
力強く飲み込むような味わいで、ローストしたモルトからコーヒー、ビターチョコレート、キャラメル、トフィーを感じられます。
ほのかなコーヒーを思わせるほろ苦さと、バニラ、バーボンのほのかな香り、そしてピートの煙を伴うスモーキーな後味によってバランスが取れています。

Aged four years in a single Caol Ila Scotch Whiskey barrel and subsequently refined for a further year in the bottle.

It has a strong and enveloping flavour.The roasted malt gives a deep taste of coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel and toffee.The sweetness is balanced by a slightly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of coffee and a subtle touch of vanilla, bourbon and a smoky air with a touch of peat, smoke and wood remaining.
