Platinum Fernは、NZホップの魅力を最大限に引き出したTriple IPA。Silver Fernをさらにスケールアップさせた、より濃密でリッチな仕上がりです。
グラスに注ぐと、NelsonとPeacharineが白ブドウやサマーピーチのような甘く華やかなアロマを放ちます。その奥からMotuekaがトロピカルフルーツを弾けさせ、Waimeaが柑橘ピールやウッディなニュアンスをさりげなくプラス。NZホップならではの多層的でエレガントな香りが広がります。
口当たりは非常にスムースでベルベットのように滑らか。クリーミーでフルボディながら、ジューシーで飲みやすく、ダンクな要素も心地よく共存。マスクメロンやマンゴー、ハニーサックル、グアバ、ルビーレッドグレープフルーツ、さらにはトロピカルキャンディのような甘やかなフレーバーが幾重にも重なり、フィニッシュには甘いマンダリンオレンジの余韻が残ります。
