クリーミーな口当たりと力強いトロピカルフルーツの風味が特徴。
また熟したマンゴー、ココナッツ、白ブドウのニュアンスも感じる。
ヘイジーのフルボディ感を感じながらも、アルコール度数のキレ感のあるフィニッシュによってバランスが取れています。
名前は小説、「白鯨」に登場するAhab船長を逆から読むことに由来しています。

Our first-ever quadruple IPA, brewed with Other Half, a long-time collaborator. The idea for this beer originated when Other Half opened their Washington, D.C., brewery, and we wanted to push the limits of hop intensity. The name is derived from a reversed reading of “Ahab” from Moby Dick. Expect an intensely hoppy, high-ABV beer that balances huge malt character with an aggressive hop punch. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
