ワイルド・エールにオーストリア・シュタイアーマルク州産セレイアホップをドライホッピング。
2年熟成のワイルドエールをベースに、1年熟成のワイルドエールをブレンド。ドライホッピングでモトゥエカを使用する事によりトロピカルなアロマと樽のアロマのレイヤーが複雑に。

Our Eminence series features single hop varieties and the specific qualities that they bring to a beer. We blended a base of two- year-old Spontaneous Danish Wild Ale with our one-year-old Danish Wild Ale and dry hopped with a generous amount of Styrian Celeia to highlight the woody, spicy, and citrusy flavors and aromas that these hops contribute.
