Cyserは蜂蜜とリンゴジュース(水の代わり)で作られたミードです。
アリゾナ産アップルサイダーにフレデリクスダールチェリージュースとアリゾナ産ワイルドフラワーのハニーミードを加えて発酵させ、チェリーとアップルブランデーの樽で熟成させたもの。
