エルボーパッチェズは、VBCの設立当初からの主力商品ですが、たまに出るブライトケグやバレルエイジの商品を除いて、エルボーパッチェズのバリエーションを缶詰にしたことがないことに気づきました。そこで、年間を通して販売しているオートミールスタウトをさらにパワーアップさせ、「ダブルエルボーパッチェズ」を発売することにしました。ダブルで芳ばしく、ダブルでまろやか、ダブルなチョコレート感。朝、昼、晩の供として、そしてその間でも、いつでも楽しまれるインペリアルオートミールスタウトです。滑らかなベルベットのような口当たりで、チョコレートやコーヒーのような深い香りを思わせます。意外にも渋い苦味は無く、ダークビールの最大の魅力が感じられる仕上がりです。

Elbow Patches has been a mainstay at VBC since Day 1, and we realized that outside of the occasional brite keg and barrel-aged offerings, we’ve never canned an Elbow Patches variant. That seemed like a mighty slight for our most-awarding winning recipe, so we are doubling down on our Year Round Oatmeal Stout with DOUBLE ELBOW PATCHES. An IMPERIAL Oatmeal Stout to be enjoyed responsibly with breakfast (only if you’re staying home all day), lunch (if you have no plans afterwards), dinner (if you’re eating lite), or anytime in between (if you roll like we do). A smooth, velvety base sets the stage for pronounced aromas of Chocolate and Coffee, which belies the surprising potency of this small batch release.
